1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NordBioLab website and placing any order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this website or purchase any products.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and NORDBIOLAB ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Research Use Only — Eligibility

All products sold by NordBioLab are strictly for in-vitro laboratory and scientific research purposes only. They are not intended for, and must not be used for, human or veterinary consumption, therapeutic, diagnostic, or cosmetic application.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age
You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or licensed professional acting within the scope of legitimate scientific research
You will use all purchased products exclusively for lawful in-vitro or laboratory research purposes
You are aware of and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding the purchase, possession, handling, and use of research compounds
You will not resell, redistribute, or supply any products to individuals who do not meet the above criteria

NordBioLab reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including where we reasonably suspect misuse or non-compliance with these Terms.

3. Products and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and information on this website are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current.

All products are sold as research-grade compounds and are not certified or approved by any regulatory authority (including the EMA, FDA, or equivalent) for human or veterinary use. Any reference to purity, concentration, or technical specification relates solely to research-grade quality standards.

4. Orders and Payment

By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

All prices are listed in EUR and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise
Payment is due in full at the time of order
We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; price changes will not affect orders already confirmed

Order confirmation by email does not constitute final acceptance; acceptance occurs upon dispatch of your order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to eligible countries within the European Union and selected international destinations. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon handover to the carrier
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or events outside our control
It is your responsibility to ensure that importation of research compounds is permitted in your jurisdiction

6. No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the research-grade nature of our products and the requirements of cold-chain integrity and quality control, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. Please review our full Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.

The only exception applies to orders arriving visibly damaged in transit or containing an incorrect item due to our error, subject to the conditions set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NordBioLab provides all products and services "as is" and "as available", without any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

Fitness for any particular purpose
Merchantability
Non-infringement
Suitability for human, veterinary, or therapeutic use

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NordBioLab and its directors, employees, affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Damages arising from misuse of products outside their intended research application
Damages arising from your failure to comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions, is the property of NordBioLab or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to use this website to:

Purchase products for any purpose other than legitimate scientific research
Provide false information in connection with your order or account
Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
Use any automated means to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the website

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication with us at info@nordbiolab.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.

If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you may also submit a complaint through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
