Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier workload, customs processing, public holidays, local delivery conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Dispatch Time

Orders placed before 15:00 CET are usually prepared for dispatch on the same business day.

Orders placed after 15:00 CET, during weekends, or on public holidays are normally processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

We offer free EU delivery on orders over €100.

Shipping costs for other orders are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and selected shipping option.

Tracking

Every shipment includes tracking information.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow a short time for the courier tracking system to update after the label is created.

Packaging

Products are packed securely to reduce the risk of damage during transport.

Where required, items are protected against movement inside the parcel and shipped in suitable packaging for research-use materials.

Customs, Duties & Import Responsibility

For customers outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges may apply.

These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping price unless clearly stated at checkout.

International customers are responsible for checking whether the ordered products may be legally imported into their country before placing an order.

Packages may be declared as research amino acid samples or similar research-use materials, depending on the shipment contents and carrier requirements.

Delayed, Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment appears delayed, damaged, or lost, please contact us with your order number and tracking information.

We will review the case with the courier and assist you with the next steps.

If a shipment is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier, NordBioLab may offer a replacement shipment or refund at its discretion.
