1. Overview

NordBioLab ships research-grade peptides and related laboratory supplies from within the European Union. All orders are processed and dispatched subject to product availability, payment confirmation, and compliance verification.


2. Eligible Destinations

We currently ship to the following destinations:

  • European Union member states
  • United Kingdom
  • Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein (EEA non-EU)
  • Selected additional countries — availability displayed at checkout

It is your responsibility to verify that importation of research compounds is lawful in your jurisdiction before placing an order. NordBioLab is not liable for orders seized, delayed, or refused by customs authorities.


3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

During high-demand periods or due to supply chain factors, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will be notified by email if there is an unexpected delay.

All delivery estimates are approximate and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or force majeure events are outside our control.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

  • Free shipping may be available on orders above a specified threshold, as displayed on the website at the time of purchase
  • Applicable import duties, VAT, or customs fees at the destination are the sole responsibility of the customer

6. Cold Chain and Packaging

Peptides and research compounds require temperature-controlled handling to maintain integrity. NordBioLab ships all products with appropriate insulated packaging and, where required, dry ice or gel packs to maintain cold chain during transit.

  • Orders are packed to maintain recommended storage temperatures for the expected transit duration
  • We recommend being available to receive your order promptly upon delivery
  • NordBioLab is not responsible for degradation resulting from extended time in carrier facilities or failed delivery attempts

7. Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch. You can use this number to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website.

If you have not received a tracking notification within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@nordbiolab.com.


8. Failed Delivery and Unclaimed Packages

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, unavailability to receive the package, or refusal of delivery:

  • The carrier may make additional delivery attempts or hold the package at a local depot
  • If the package is returned to us, re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Unclaimed packages that are destroyed or lost in return transit are not eligible for refund under our Return & Refund Policy

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of order.


9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged in transit: If your order arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@nordbiolab.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, at our discretion, arrange a replacement.

Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days (EU) or 20 business days (international), contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Resolution timeframes depend on the carrier's claims process.

NordBioLab is not liable for losses arising from incorrect address information provided by the customer.


10. Customs and Import Regulations

Customers outside the EU are solely responsible for ensuring that the import of research compounds is permitted under their local laws. NordBioLab does not provide customs clearance advice and will not falsify customs declarations or mark shipments as gifts.

Any duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country are payable by the customer and are not included in the order total.
