No Returns or Refunds
All products sold on NordBioLab are supplied strictly for laboratory and research purposes only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, or therapeutic application.
Due to the nature of research chemicals and peptides — including requirements for controlled storage conditions, chain of custody integrity, and regulatory compliance — all sales are final.
We do not accept:
- Returns of any products, opened or unopened
- Requests for refunds after order placement
- Exchanges for alternative products
Why We Cannot Accept Returns
Research-grade compounds must maintain uninterrupted cold-chain handling and documented storage conditions from production to end-use. Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot verify that storage requirements (temperature, humidity, light exposure) have been maintained. Accepting returns would compromise the integrity of our inventory and violate our quality standards.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take quality control seriously. If your order arrives visibly damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect item due to our error, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

- Photo of the outer packaging
We will review each case individually and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement shipment. This does not constitute a general return or refund policy.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment. Once a shipment has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the no-refund policy applies.

By placing an order on NordBioLab, the customer confirms they are a qualified researcher or professional acquiring products for legitimate in-vitro or laboratory research use, and that they accept full responsibility for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, possession, and use of research compounds.
