We ship to the European Union and selected countries worldwide via Registered Airmail. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. NordBioLab is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research products, we do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@nordbiolab.com.

NordBioLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
